NOUN Graduate Exit Survey Form 2022: The National Open University of Nigeria Graduate Exit Survey Form is to be completed by NOUN Graduates ONLY. Please, kindly complete this survey questions and submit. This exercise is meant to build a database as required by the National Universities Commission (NUC) on all Alumni.

How To Fill NOUN Graduate Exit Survey Form 2022.
1. All graduands from inception are required to complete the Graduate Exit Survey which can be accessed at https://graduateexitsurvey.nou.edu.ng/form/graduate-exit-form.
2. Please note that 2022 graduating students whose names appear on the graduating list are also to complete the survey.
3. Please print a copy of the acknowledgment slip and submit as part of clearance requirement for certificate collection.
