The Coordinator, South-east Conference Marking Zone and Dean, Faculty of Law, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Dr. Ernest Ugbejeh, has said the completion of 2023_1 exercise was smooth and has achieved the set objectives.
He disclosed this at the end of the marking exercise in the South-east Zone in Enugu State.
Ugbejeh applauded the examiners for their cooperation and serious attention given to the exercise, adding that majority of them complied with the submission of scripts stipulated time frame.

He added that the vetting of scripts by the subject officers confirmed that examiners were meticulous and thorough in the discharge of the national assignment.
On the part of subject officers, the dean hailed them for their unparalleled dedication and maturity of handling the examiners, even as they were in their duty post as at when and due.
He commended the management of Enugu Study Centre for their cooperation which ensured a smooth take-off of the marking exercise.
“We recall prior to the briefing that the centre director, Prof. Alexander Uche Onyia and his staff had collated the scripts, sorted, counted, checked and arranged properly for handling over to the subject officers. That arrangement prepared a smooth landing and facilitated our work,” Ugbejeh stated.
