The centre director, Dr. Akeem B. Disu, who warmly received Nwabueze, expressed delight at her visit and later took her around the examination halls for inspection.

She inquired whether the students had any complaints or remarks regarding their academic activities.
Some students in response stated that they find it difficult to access hard copies of course materials and that the unavailability of instructional videos for some courses posed a drawback to them.
Nwabueze assured the students that the university is focused on ensuring that every one of its students has a seamless and worthwhile learning experience.
She reminded them that as an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) institution, the university has sufficiently provided soft copies of all coursewares accessible to all learners online.
The dean observed that it was only students who participated in the free online facilitation sessions sponsored by the university for all students.
She encouraged them to participate actively in the online facilitations as their absence and indifference can dampen the zeal of the facilitators who are always willing to assist.
Nwabueze commended the staff of the centre for cooperating with the management of the centre and with one another to ensure a smooth and successful examination administration at the centre.
